The space
Some places you stay. Sunset Hill is the kind of place you settle into. Tucked among the pines of Hochatown, this 1-bedroom cabin is built for the trip where you actually slow down. The screened porch becomes your living room. The hot tub becomes your evening ritual. The fire pit is where the best conversations happen. And by day two, you’ll already be planning the next visit. Whether you’re celebrating something special or simply need to breathe, Sunset Hill was made for exactly that.

🏘️ Traveling With a Bigger Group?
Sunset Hill is part of a collection of three cabins nestled together in the same quiet cul-de-sac on Rockhill Circle. Rent all three together and your group can spread comfortably across up to 12 guests, each cabin with its own private outdoor space, fire pit, and living area. Perfect for family reunions, group getaways, or celebrating something big. Reach out before booking and we’ll help coordinate.

📍 One Thing Worth Knowing
Sunset Hill sits close to Hwy 259, which means you have easy, convenient access to everything Hochatown has to offer right from your doorstep. You may notice some light road noise, particularly at night. Most guests find the sounds of the pines and the crackle of the fire pit more than make up for it, but we’d rather you know upfront than be surprised. If you’re a light sleeper, a white noise app or a fan does the trick beautifully.

🔑 Checking In Is Effortless
No key pickup, no coordination, no waiting around.
Here’s how it works:
• Your personal door code is delivered on the day of check-in, along with step-by-step arrival instructions
• Check in any time after 4:00 PM
• Check out by 10:00 AM
• The entire property is yours for the duration of your stay, including the cabin, screened porch, hot tub, fire pit, yard, and all outdoor spaces
